The Monahans City Council voted unanimously April 14 to approve the minutes of the March 24, 2026 regular meeting after City Manager Rex M. Thee identified a clerical error in Item #3 that should have referenced March 14, 2026 rather than March 24. The motion to approve the corrected minutes was made by Councilman Gerald Stava and seconded by Councilman Ivy Valenzuela.
