The Monahans City Council on Feb. 24 approved Resolution No. 2026-013 to accept the Code Enforcement Officer's report and permit non-compliant cases to advance, including potential filing with Municipal Court. City Manager Rex M. Thee explained the resolution covers properties found in violation of Articles 4.03, 7.02, 11.04 and 12.03 of the City Code of Ordinances.
