Council seeks help after USDA balks at using remaining Harmony tank funds
Councilors discussed that the USDA declined using the remaining USDA funds for the Harmony water tank; Council President Dave Trzcianka asked whether state senators could help secure repair funding, and the borough reported the tank passed DEP inspection and is in service.

Manager Elaine Rakovan told council that the USDA "backdown on using the balance of the USDA funding for the water tank," and recommended applying the balance to the PennVest loan so the sum would be taken off the back end of the loan balance if needed.
