Committee closes testimony on multiple bills and leaves measures pending

After closing public testimony on a series of bills—including SB 1968, SB 2411, SB 2321, SB 2077, SB 1405, and others—the committee left these measures pending for future action and reconvened in the afternoon to consider additional bills.

Throughout the morning the Chair laid out a series of bills and recognized authors to explain committee substitutes or differences from the filed bills. For each of the items listed (SB 1968, SB 2411, SB 2321, SB 2077, SB 1405, SB 1299, SB 776, SB 715, SB 75, SB 2148), the minutes record that witnesses testifying and those registering on the bill were shown on an attached list, public testimony was closed by the Chair, and the bills were left pending without recorded roll-call votes in the minutes.
