The committee approved a recommendation to the village board to move forward with an easement allowing five decorative street lights and electrical conduit at a DNR trailhead parking lot. Staff said the DNR holds the land and the easement/MOU would allow the village to install and maintain lighting infrastructure in the trailhead parking area.
