The Woodbine City Council unanimously approved the SPLOST 8 intergovernmental agreement and the SPLOST IX intergovernmental agreement. Both motions were moved by Rick Baird (seconded by C.C. Higginbotham for SPLOST 8 and by Louise Mitchell for SPLOST IX) and declared approved by Mayor Kizziler Knight.
