Mrs. Adams reviewed the unaudited financial statements as of July 31, 2024 and said she is working with accounting to reconcile the 2022A Note and the 2022B Note. She will update the report to include an MRI Construction proposal (CB131) to block one end of a drainage pipe, not both ends. Mr. Blumenthal asked about MRI working on a water line at Glen Eagles; Mr. Krebs said Lee County Utilities handles those repairs and he will confirm if there is any damage to roadways or curbs and report back.
