Board authorizes revised maximum change order for 2025 CIPP lining project
The board approved an amended maximum change-order amount for the 2025 sewer main CIPP lining project after staff reported schedule and railroad-coordination overtime costs; a staff-revised change-order dropped the staff report amount from $73,512 to $59,120.

General Manager Weigold and district engineer Bryce Swettig briefed the board on progress of the 2025 main trunk-line CIPP lining, reporting the work is roughly 50% complete (about 6,000 ft planned, ~3,000 ft completed). Swettig and OnTrack Solutions explained the contractor extended daily hours (12–14 hour days) to accommodate bypass, cleaning, steaming and liner curing, which increased consultant and flagger overtime costs.
