Board ratifies $150,786.09 MRI change order after member raises process concerns

District Engineer Charlie Krebs and PSGRC General Manager Eric Long explained that change-order work and relocating inlets followed field conditions and homeowner input. Vice Chair Terry Mountford criticized the process, saying "there is a major dysfunction in the CDD’s operating process" and objecting to approving another $150,786.09 without a special meeting given the CDD was reportedly already "$300,000+ over budget" for similar work.
