Councilors voted Feb. 3 to approve five change orders for the new fire hall covering general trades, masonry, gypsum board, HVAC/plumbing and electrical/safety systems. "Motion by Smith, Seconded by Grobe, to approve the Fire Hall change orders 1 through 5. Motion carried 5-0," the minutes state.
