The Lynden City Council approved a consent agenda on May 19 that included engineering and construction-management agreements recommended by the Public Works Committee. The contracts and maximum contract amounts listed in the minutes are: Reichhardt & Ebe Engineering preliminary design for 6th Street (Front to Grover Street) — $49,898.04; Reichhardt & Ebe construction management and inspection for the 1st and Main Street Overlay — $109,740.47; Reichhardt & Ebe construction management and inspection for Bradley Road Improvements — $307,182.03; and Pacific Surveying & Engineering feasibility work for Birch Bay Lynden and Berthusen Road intersections — $53,050. The combined not-to-exceed total is $519,870.54.
