The Lynden City Council approved Ordinance 25-1703 to revise Lynden Municipal Code Chapter 2.48 and adopt the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) statewide small works roster as the City's official roster for small public works projects. Council also approved Resolution 25-1120 authorizing participation in MRSC rosters for contractors and consultants; staff estimated an annual membership fee between $425 and $745 based on a five-year average of capital expenditures.
