Miles, a staff member handling logistics, offered to prepare a short introduction script, manage the interview schedule and remind interviewers when time is nearly up. Miles said he "would be happy to build an introductory script, introducing them to the board, letting them quickly introduce themselves, and then remind the panel... when we hit 10 minutes so it can wrap up by 15 minutes."
