The Avon Stormwater Utility Board voted to approve listed vendor invoices and two stormwater refunds during its Aug. 12, 2026 meeting. Chad Higgins moved to approve the invoices and Katie Madaj seconded; the motion passed with a recorded 'Pass 2-0.'
