Supervisor Franklin used supervisor time to introduce a directive to dissolve the Racial and Social Justice Commission as a separate advisory body and establish a task force under the Human Rights Commission to review the commission's findings and finalize recommendations. Franklin asked that recommended solutions include timelines, fiscal impacts and other pertinent considerations and directed the county attorney's office to review legal issues.
