Steve and Donna Utterback appeared at the BOE hearing to contest a 205% increase in the lot’s assessed value after a prior-year split; they said only about six acres are tillable and provided an overhead photograph to show differing land classifications. "Owners’ concern is the 205% increase on the lot," the Utterbacks stated during their appearance.
