Virgie Woodward appeared in person at the Shenandoah County Board of Equalization hearing to contest an increase in land valuation and to report heavy run-off and flooding on the property. "Owner’s main concern is the increase of the land," Woodward said; she also told the board the Real Estate Office had already removed an incorrect frame porch and lean-to from the record.
