The Board agreed to initiate a comprehensive‑plan amendment (CPA) for Prologis' proposed Logistical Park, a request to convert roughly 23 acres from mixed‑use (MU3) to industrial I‑3 so a warehouse/distribution center can be considered. Eric Griffiths of the planning office described the parcel's context near I‑66 and Route 29 as well as companion rezoning to M‑2 and proffers intended to mitigate impacts.
