The Grand Prairie ISD Board voted to approve Targeted Improvement Plans presented by Associate Superintendent Traci Davis and Associate Superintendent Susanna Ramirez. Trustee Emily Liles moved approval and Trustee Terry Brooks seconded; the motion passed 6–0 with Trustee David Espinosa not present for the vote.
