At 2:30 p.m. the Hancock County Board of Commissioners convened a formal variance hearing on an access-management request filed by Jodi Needles. Commissioner Hunker opened the hearing and sworn members of the public provided testimony. Planner Kyle Parker explained the county regulations and why a variance was required.
