Trustees approved a Special Use Permit for 3732 Chicago Rd., a Special Use Permit for LOMA Truck Repair at 3102 Louis Sherman Dr., a business license for Joe's Auto Body (pending inspections), and Tag Days for the American Legion Auxiliary May 22–25.

At their Jan. 5 meeting the Steger Board approved multiple routine regulatory items in separate motions. Trustee Thurmond moved and Trustee Stewart seconded approval of a Special Use Permit for 3732 Chicago Rd. (Tidy John Place) subject to fencing, screening and a restriction barring on-site waste storage; the motion passed unanimously. Trustee Stewart moved approval of a Special Use Permit for LOMA Truck Repair, Inc. at 3102 Louis Sherman Dr.; it passed on roll call.
