The Antis Township Board granted final land-development approval to Bickels Surplus Too for the construction of an 11,800-square-foot warehouse off Old 6th Avenue Road. The proposal includes well water, a septic holding tank and underground stormwater facilities. The board moved to approve final development and release $40,150 in financial security on a motion by Supervisor Benjamin Hornberger, seconded by Supervisor George Bell; the vote was 5-0.
