Cathy Cook asked on June 9 whether Top Ag had added solar panels. The board recorded that Top Ag has not yet added panels but did receive a fence permit on May 14, 2026 for 702 Elevator St (parcel 20-478-010). Board members discussed that if more than a year has passed since the original approval for the solar project, Top Ag would need to reapply for a special-use permit; Ms. Cook advised that Top Ag should be notified of that requirement if they move forward.
