Carolyn Growy, executive director of the Center for Independent Living of Northwest Florida, asked the Walton County Board to adopt a proclamation recognizing the organization’s work and anniversaries. The clerk read a resolution noting the center’s founding, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the county’s commitment to universal design and inclusion; Growy thanked commissioners and requested a photo with the proclamation.
