Commission approves two Phase 2 payments for Coffey County Law Enforcement Center

The Coffey County Commission on Aug. 3 approved two payments to River City Construction, LLC for work on the Coffey County Law Enforcement Center Phase 2. Commissioners approved Application No. 32 for $46,780.44 for work through July 31, 2026, and Application No. 33 (retainage) for $190,013.10; both motions passed and the minutes state funds will come from the Jail Construction Project Fund (Fund 111).
