The Town of Spafford Planning Board reviewed materials for a proposed reverse subdivision and merger of parcels at 1290 and 1278 Willowdale Road (RA district) at its July 17 meeting. The applicants — listed as Peter Anderson and Kelly Fitzsimmons — were not present to represent the request. The application listed a proposed combined parcel totaling 87.834 acres.
