The Board entered executive session at 8:59 PM and exited at 9:57 PM on Aug. 4. After the closed session the Board took action on transfer students for the 2025–26 school year. Trustee Brian Hoffman moved to approve the transfers as presented; Trustee Chris Byrom seconded. The Board recorded 5 votes in favor, 0 opposed and 1 abstention (Trustee Kristi Tarrant); the motion carried.
