The Moulton City Council voted March 17 to hire BEFCO Engineering to prepare documents for a Water Supply and Infrastructure Grant application to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). The motion to approve BEFCO was made by Mayor Pro Tem Craig Hughes and seconded by Councilmember Jenna Harris; the motion passed (4-0).
