Commission finds St. James pool plan consistent with coastal LWRP

The Joint Coastal Management Commission unanimously found a St. James homeowner's plan to install a swimming pool and fence consistent with the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program after updated plans with required impervious-surface calculations, topography and a clearer survey were submitted and reviewed.

The Joint Coastal Management Commission voted unanimously on June 5, 2025, to find homeowner Mike Reens' proposed swimming pool and fence consistent with the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP). The meeting was held in person at Nissequogue Village Hall and was called to order at 7:08 p.m.
