The Hayden Town Council unanimously adopted Ordinance 745, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2025 COLORADO WILDFIRE RESILIENCY CODE AND APPENDIX A," at its regular meeting on April 2, 2026. The council opened the second public hearing on the ordinance at 6:45 p.m.; there was no public comment and the hearing closed at 6:46 p.m.
