On Feb. 24, 2025 the Village of Nissequogue Architectural Review Board voted to approve an application by Spinner to convert an existing one‑story barn at 3 Equine Lane into a pool house/cabana with a full bathroom, a serving bar and a partial basement. Board member Desmond Ryan moved to approve the application with the condition that “all materials [be] to match the existing house”; the motion was seconded by board member Ronald Rothman and was recorded as approved unanimously (3‑0).
