On Aug. 12, 2025 the Mount Enterprise City Council unanimously approved a Joint Election Contract for Election Services (5–0). The motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Freddy Swann and seconded by Councilmember Jacob Waldron.

The Mount Enterprise City Council voted unanimously to approve a Joint Election Contract for Election Services during its Aug. 12, 2025 special session. Councilmember Freddy Swann moved to approve the contract and Councilmember Jacob Waldron seconded; the minutes record a 5–0 vote in favor.
