The City Council approved Resolution #26-09, which authorizes an agreement by and between the City of Lytle and TRC Engineers, Inc. for a task order related to the Soto Replat. Alderman David Emery moved to approve the resolution as presented; Alderman Matthew Martinez seconded. The motion carried on a voice vote recorded as (5:0 all ayes).
