The council approved Resolution #26-13 authorizing a contract with Johhny Holguin to provide a fireworks display during the City of Lytle Independence Day celebration. Alderman David Emery moved to approve the contract and Alderwoman Anna Carrillo seconded; the motion passed 5:0.
