The Village of Nissequogue Architectural Review Board approved an application from Ms. Lessard on Nov. 25, 2024, for a kitchen addition and conversion of a second-floor closet into a half bath at 5 Artesian Way. Susan Faulhaber, chairperson, moved to approve the application "as presented." The motion was seconded by Ronald Rothman and passed unanimously, recorded as 3-0.
