Gina Du, project director with HNTB, presented the Regional Infrastructure Accelerator (RIA) briefing and described a regional shortlist of projects developed with Pasco and Pinellas partners. The shortlist includes the West Shore Intermodal Center, a downtown‑to‑airport premium transit connection, managed lanes on I‑275, an alternate US‑19 bus rapid transit corridor, and an envisioned streetcar extension to Armature Works.
