Heather Sobush, HART director of planning and scheduling, presented the major update to HART’s 10‑year Transit Development Plan (TDP) and summarized outreach results: about 800 survey responses, 10 in‑person workshops, and internal operator workshops. Top priority connections identified by respondents included airport‑to‑downtown, Brandon‑to‑downtown and East‑Tampa to West‑Tampa.
