The City Council approved multiple land-division items on March 10. Casondra Dailey moved to approve the Bock Ranch Single Family Tract 1 Preliminary Plat; Adrienne M. Deal seconded and the motion carried 4–0. The council also approved the 10200 Bock Road Replat (moved by Dailey, seconded by Michelle Bergmann) and the replat for 8511 and 8505 Maha Court (moved by Adrienne M. Deal, seconded by Gabriel Vallejo), each recorded as adopted 4–0.
