Lebanon Township Committee authorizes executive session on collective bargaining

The Township Committee unanimously adopted Resolution No. 105-2026 on July 8, 2026, to hold a closed executive session to discuss collective bargaining and related terms. The Committee entered executive session at 5:54 p.m., reconvened at 6:56 p.m., and adjourned the special meeting the same evening.

The Township of Lebanon Committee adopted Resolution No. 105-2026 on July 8, 2026, authorizing the governing body to meet in executive session to discuss a collective bargaining agreement and its terms. The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Abe Abuchowski and seconded by Beverly Koehler and carried on an aye vote by all five Committee members: Abuchowski, Koehler, McKee, Webb and Mayor Jay Wojcik. "NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Committee of the Township of Lebanon, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey that they will conduct an executive session to discuss the following topic(s) as permitted by N.J.S.A. 40:4-12," the resolution text states.
