The Sinton ISD Board approved the District Improvement Plan during its Oct. 20 meeting. Board Member Sam P. Lankford moved to approve the plan and Board Member Israel Ethan Garza seconded; the motion carried 6–0 with Board Member Richard Gingrich not in attendance.
