NACOGDOCHES ISD board holds closed executive session under Texas Government Code
Board President Farshid Niroumand called a special NACOGDOCHES ISD Board meeting May 13, 2025, and convened an executive/closed session under Texas Government Code Chapters 551.074 and 551.129 at 5:01 p.m.; the board returned to open session at 6:57 p.m. and adjourned by unanimous vote of those present.

Board President Farshid Niroumand called the NACOGDOCHES ISD Board of Trustees to order at 5:00 p.m. May 13, 2025, and said a quorum was present and the meeting had been legally posted under the Texas Open Meetings Act. President Niroumand then called an executive/closed session at 5:01 p.m. “as authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 551.074 and 551.129,” stating the board would reconvene in open session and that no action would be taken during the closed session.
