Williams Township supervisors approved Resolution 2026-12 on July 8 to adopt the township's Emergency Operations Plan. Township Manager Melody Ernst told the Board that "the Township is mandated to prepare an Emergency Operations Plan," and Supervisor Michael Bryant moved to adopt the plan; the motion was seconded by Vice Chair Raymond Abert and passed 3-0.
