The Natalia ISD Board voted unanimously on June 19 not to participate in the Clean School Bus Rebate Program after staff reported cost increases and other updates. The presentation on the program was delivered by Dr. Elmer Avellaneda; the board took the action on a motion by Eric Smith, seconded by Fernando Garza, with a recorded vote of 4–0.
