At the Sept. 23 special session the Howe City Council approved an interlocal agreement with Grayson County for fire and EMS funding, adopted Resolution 2025-0012 updating the MOU with Howe ISD, and passed Ordinance 833a amending the BVRT 2 LLC franchise; all motions passed as announced.
