City staff presented a professional services agreement (PSA) with Astra Investments GP LLC for a proposed Lane Drive subdivision near Howe High School. Monty Walker explained the PSA "allows the Astra team members to converse directly with our attorneys and our engineers, through a fee process" and said staff recommended approval; the council approved the PSA by motion.
