Commissioner Shane Schmidt introduced Resolution 25-103, and the Douglas County Board unanimously approved the County Recorder’s 2026 budget of $127,848, up $5,642 (4.62%) from the 2025 net of $122,206. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Tim Kalina and passed 5-0.
