Code enforcement updates and EDC outreach reported to council

Dennis Wagner, the city's Code Enforcement Officer, presented the BCCS Council report listing violations and said many issues have been resolved through notices or voluntary compliance. He reminded council that property violations generally must be disclosed at the time of sale and noted one previously fined property is under renewed investigation by the Collin County Sheriff's Office.
