Jeremy Davis of Kaluza presented a variance request from St. Paul's Presbyterian Church seeking relief from setback requirements under Sec. 78-84(1). After council discussion, the motion by Councilperson Dusty Kalkomey, seconded by Councilperson Wyatt Sbrusch, to approve the setback variance passed with all members voting aye.
