Douglas County adopted Resolution 26‑03 authorizing the Auditor‑Treasurer and Finance Director to make electronic funds transfers for approved county expenditures, bond payments, investment purchases and employee payroll withholding deductions. The resolution requires password protection for EFT software, documentation of transfers on dated and signed forms, and recordkeeping consistent with county accounting practices.
