The Douglas County Board approved Planning Commission appointments for 2026 during its Jan. 6 organizational meeting. Appointees were listed by district: Jerry Johnson (District I), Tom Hills (District II), Brian Niehoff (District III), Jeffrey Oberg (District IV), and Les Zimmerman (District V). Commissioner Tim Kalina will serve as the commissioner representative.
